This Friday, November 6th, TechSoup’s NonProfit Commons in Second Life will feature Jeroen Frans (Frans Charming in SL) and a presentation on Internet security and how to be safer online, whether at the office, on your mobile, or at home. He will go over some simple steps to make your passwords more secure, online social media safer, and secure your mobile device.
Jeroen is a creative producer, virtual world technologist, and co-founder and CEO of the Vesuvius Group, LLC. As a futurist, he is always looking forward to how innovative technology can be used and enhanced. This drives him to try his hand in many technologies, and his early adoption has resulted in a wide skill set in programing, 3D, Web and game design, machinima and animation.
